Working with your own resources or my own trusted and reliable partners I will free you up to focus on packing, taking care of your family’s needs and helping you get ready for your next big transition. I will provide you with regular, timely updates on all aspects of your move. Before closing I will reconcile all repair requests, review closing documents to insure charges were as promised for the all services that have been provided. In short, you’ll sleep a lot better at night. |
As Your Listing Agent
I measure and inspect all the homes I list and use the fundamentals of the appraisal process and market trends to advise you on your listing price. I perform a detailed inspection of your home to identify those defects that will likely be discovered during the sale of the home. You can choose to remediate them before you go under contract or wait to see if the buyer of your home identifies or requests repairs be made. They’re usually less expensive to make on the front end…. Using professional photography equipment and software I will present and market your home as good as many professional photographers can. |

Arguably the most important part of my job as a buyer agent is pointing out the things that might be wrong about a property. After moving in to your new home I don’t want you asking yourself, “why didn’t Bill point this out to us”? It takes a lot of effort to find your new home and I know you’re busy. It can be very helpful if I preview a home for you to review. I want to make sure that I am putting you in front of the type, character and quality of home you’re looking for while getting the most out your of time. After we find a home you want to make offer on, I do the detailed work to determine the value of the property and will negotiate to get the best price possible. Again, I will be there every step of the way with you. Keeping you informed of all processes and insuring you are well prepared, with no surprises the day when you close on Your New Home. |
